 As a Client Service Associate, you will be a vital part of our client experience team, supporting advisors and investment strategists in delivering our “You Come First” philosophy. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with responsiveness, accuracy, and care. From account administration and client communications to supporting financial planning and trading processes, your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will help drive positive outcomes for both clients and the firm.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Act as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests, providing timely and accurate information. 
- Prepare, process and follow up on documentation for opening, maintaining, and servicing client accounts. 
- Regularly update and manage the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of client information. 
- Support advisors preparing for client meetings by gathering relevant account data, generating performance reports, and updating financial documents. 
- Coordinate communication with custodians, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, and other third-party professionals (i.e. estate attorneys, tax professionals). 
- Uphold the firm’s client service process to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery. 
- Guide clients on accessing their accounts, understanding statements, and navigating basic account-related tasks. 
- Handle funds transfer requests and assist with internal trading and reporting processes as needed. 
- Support the team in preparing and compiling quarterly performance reports for a timely delivery. 
- Maintain professional designations, industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. 
- Collaborate closely with advisors and investment strategists to support financial planning and investment implementation. 
 Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 
- Understanding of the financial services industry with a strong desire to grow and learn. 
- Preference for client service experience is important, financial services experience a plus but not required. 
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure. 
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Drawing on your industry expertise and deep market knowledge, you’ll manage client relationships, develop financial plans, and guide portfolio strategy. This role also involves mentoring junior advisors, supporting business development, and contributing to the overall success of the firm. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of clients, delivering personalized advice and service. 
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients, focusing on long-term trust and performance. 
- Lead financial planning efforts, including investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, tax planning, and implementation of strategic recommendations. 
- Collaborate with colleagues across advisory, investment, and operational teams to deliver cohesive client solutions. 
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively communicate changes, performance updates, and tailored recommendations. 
- Drive new business through networking, referrals, and participate in firm-sponsored business development initiatives. 
- Stay informed on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory updates to provide clients with timely and relevant guidance.

 Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field. 
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial advisory or investment management. 
- CFP® and/or CFA designation preferred. 
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and approach challenges with analytical thinking. 
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with financial planning and CRM software is a plus.

 We are seeking an Associate Advisor to join our dynamic wealth management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about financial planning, investments, and building long-term client relationships. As an Associate Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the advisory team and assisting in the delivery of financial advice to clients. You will gain valuable experience while working closely with seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities - Assist senior advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering necessary financial data, creating reports, and assisting with follow-up communications. 
- Support advisors with investment research, portfolio analysis, and the development of retirement plans, cash flow projections, and other financial strategies. 
- Help create presentations and materials for client meetings and ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and organized. 
- Work closely with other team members, including advisors, investment strategists, and client service representatives, to provide seamless support and build client relationships. 
- Assist in tracking client portfolios, preparing performance reports, and communicating updates and recommendations to clients as needed. 
 Required Experience/Skills - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. 
- At least 1+ years of related industry experience is preferred, though we will consider candidates with strong analytical skills and relevant backgrounds. 
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in financial planning and wealth management, with a willingness to continuously develop knowledge of financial products, investments, and strategies. 
- Ability to work with numbers, perform basic financial analysis, and understand financial statements. 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
